Strawberia Store Terms
This document defines the rules for using the Strawberia online store, placing orders, making payments, delivery, complaints, and rules concerning food products.
1. Seller information
The seller and owner of the Strawberia online store is SEN SWEET Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, registered office address: ul. 2. General information
The Strawberia online store sells food products, in particular chocolate-covered strawberries, gift boxes, and other fresh food compositions. Information presented on the website constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of applicable civil law provisions.
3. Placing orders
Orders may be placed 24/7 through the store website. An order is accepted for processing after the order form is correctly completed, all data necessary to fulfil the order is provided, the payment method is selected, and the Terms and Privacy Policy are accepted. The store does not require any minimum order value.
4. Prices and payments
All prices presented in the store are in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices. The customer is informed about the full order price before placing the order. The only available payment method is online payment via Przelewy24. The payment operator is PayPro SA, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS 0000347935, NIP 7792369887, REGON 301345068. The store does not accept cash on delivery.
5. Delivery area and delivery costs
Delivery is available within the city of Warsaw. The delivery cost is 20 PLN for orders below 150 PLN. Delivery is free for orders with a value of 150 PLN or more.
6. Order fulfilment and delivery
Orders are usually fulfilled within 2–3 hours from the time they are placed and paid. Orders placed after 19:00 are delivered the next day by 12:00. Order fulfilment begins after payment confirmation. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
7. Order cancellation
The customer may contact the seller regarding cancellation immediately after placing the order. Due to the nature of food products and the short preparation and fulfilment time, the possibility of cancellation is limited to the period before preparation of the product or delivery begins. Once preparation has started or the order has been handed over for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under applicable law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract. However, pursuant to consumer law, this right does not apply, among others, to goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life, as well as goods made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalised. The products offered by the store are fresh food products, therefore in most cases the right of withdrawal does not apply once the products have been prepared.
9. Complaints regarding food products
If a product defect, damage, non-conformity with the order, or a quality problem is found, the customer may submit a complaint by e-mail to info@strawberia.pl or by phone at +48 694 748 777. The complaint should be reported as soon as possible after receipt of the product, preferably together with a photo and description of the issue. If the complaint is accepted, the product may be replaced with a new one and, in justified cases, the customer may receive a refund. Complaints are considered within 14 days.
10. Returns
Due to the nature of the products offered, which are fresh and perishable food products, standard returns based on a change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction are not accepted once the product has been prepared or delivered. This does not limit the customer’s rights arising from complaint procedures in the case of a defect, damage, or non-conformity with the order.
11. Personal data
Customers’ personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular GDPR/RODO, and the rules set out in the Privacy Policy available on the store website.
12. Customer contact
The seller has the right to contact the customer regarding the order, payment, delivery, complaints, or other matters related to performance of the contract using the data provided by the customer when placing the order.
13. Final provisions
These Terms apply from the date of publication on the store website. The seller reserves the right to amend the Terms for valid reasons, in particular in the event of legal changes, changes in the operation of the store, or expansion of the range of services. Contracts concluded before an amendment shall be governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time the order was placed.
